Her work is centered on making sure that every mum and teen she encounters steps into their full potential.

She has handled various projects ranging from Banking, corporate, hospitality, recreational, healthcare, educational, and aviation projects in Nigeria.A doctoral fellow of the Certified Risk Management Professional UK, she is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School, NIPSS, and SPPG.Recognized as a visionary leader, she has received numerous honors for her contributions. Passionate about sustainable design, female entrepreneurship, and leadership development, she continues to shape spaces, lives around her and also inspire change.She is happily married and a mother of three.

Ifeoma Robert Oronsaye is a visionary leader, mentor, coach, and counselor dedicated to empowering women and girls to reach their full potential.As the convener of REDD Women Empowerment, she has created a platform that provides a supportive community, resources, and programs for women to thrive.Through her organization, Charis Global Influence, she has impacted numerous lives through innovative solutions, mentorship, and coaching.A medical laboratory scientist by profession, Ifeoma is also an Assistant Lecturer at The Federal Polytechnic, Ohodo, Enugu State.Her passion for knowledge sharing is evident in her writings and audio-visual publications. She has authored 7 books and 11 empowering courses.As a Certified Goal Success Life Coach and Certified Marriage and Relationship Counselor, she has a unique ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.Ifeoma's personal life is a testament to her dedication to family, faith and purpose.She is married to Pastor Oronsaye Uyiosa Robert and is a mother to two lovely children.Her commitment to empowering women and girls is inspired by her own experiences and her desire to create a positive impact in the world.
